Meetings:
Called meetings by the Chairman within ten (10) days of filing an appeal and the annual meeting held in January.

Number of Members:
Five (5), two (2) alternates

Term of Office: Five (5) years.

Requirements:
Registered design professionals; -
1. Registered architect,or builder/superintendent of building construction with ten (10) years experience (responsible/charge of work for five (5) years.
2. Structural engineering/architectural experience.
3. Mechanical and plumbing engineering experience or mechanical and plumbing contractor witrh ten (10) years experience (responsible/charge of work for five (5) years.
4. Electrical engineering experience or an electrical contractor with ten (10) years experience (responsible/charge of work for five (5) years.
5. Fire protection engineering experience or a fire protection contractor with ten (10) years experience (responsible/charge of work for five (5) years.
