It was a beautiful day… It was a beautiful day for second graders from Kellogg Elementary School to learn about crosswalk safety, bicycle safety and fire safety this morning at Safety Town. The Huntington Police Department, under the guidance of Safety Town Coordinator Vernon Casey, conducted a media event at Safety Town this morning to recognize Redmen Bingo and Region 2 of the Governor’s Highway Safety Program for donating funds to purchase new electric cars.
