The Huntington Police Explorer Post #64 is a non-profit organization and is funded only by the members' own efforts or through donations. The Post receives no funds from any government agency. Although the Post is sponsored by the Huntington Police Department, none of the department's funds are spent on the program. The members involved in the program are responible for raising money to pay for their uniforms, field trips, and the upcoming National Law Enforcement Explorer Conference this July in Atlanta, GA. Several fundraisers are planned in the future including candy bar sales and car washes. The following are links to fundraisers the members have had in the past.
