Neighborhood Organizations
Neighborhood Institute of Huntington, Inc.
The Neighborhood Institute collaborates in the creation and development of community based organizations. It provides technical assistance, aids in research and development relative to community programs and projects, facilitates a forum for public discussion about neighborhood issues, assists in implementing and evaluating city polcies and programs, assists in securing financial resources for neighborhood organizations, provides on-going training and enables neighborhoods to increase their capacity for collaboration and change, working with the City to improve the quality of life.
