Board of Zoning Appeals

Meetings:
Third Tuesday of each month at 5:30pm in City Hall Council Chambers.

Number of Members:
Shall have Five (5) appointed by the governing body.

Term of Office:
Three (3) years with staggered terms.
Term ends on January 1st at the end of the third year.
Three terms allowed.

Requirements:
The members of a municipal Board of Zoning Appeals:
1. Must be residents of the municipality for at least three years preceding his or her appointment
2. Cannot be a member of the municipal planning commission
3. Cannot hold any other elective or appointive office in the municipal government.
