Huntington Planning Commission Soliciting Comments for May 4, 2020 Meeting

In order to comply with the governor’s executive order no. 24-20, which requires essential businesses and operations to limit the number of members of the public entering their premises, the May 4, 2020, Huntington Planning Commission meeting will not permit any members of the public to be physically present in City Council chambers

The Planning Commission, however, welcomes public comments and questions regarding the matters being heard.

Your comments must include the following: name, address, which petition number you are commenting on (listed as "PC 20-##" on the website), and your statement about the petition.

You may submit your comments via email to straits@huntingtonwv.gov or telephone message to 304-696-4438 no later than 12 p.m. on May 4, 2020. Your public comment will be read during the meeting, which will begin at 5:30 p.m. on May 4.
